The registration site is now open. The first step is to pre-register (you may ignore the field you are in the form; you can choose anything there. However, please make sure you select either student/retired or regular in the tarification field, otherwise we won't be able to process your registration). Once your pre-registration has been checked, you will receive an email and you will be able to choose how you wish to pay (credit or debit card, bank transfer, bank check, bon de commande). You will also have the option to pay in addition for a student room at a fairly affordable rate (see this page for more details on prices). Please remember the precise email address you used to pre-register, this will be necessary throughout the whole process.

The registration fees are :
Early registration (before April 30, 2014): 190 euros for students and retired researchers, 280 euros for the others.
Late registration (after May 1st, 2014): 230 euros for students and retired researchers, 320 euros for the others.

Please note that there is no possibility of being refunded (unless you provide medical justification).

The registration fees of a certain number of students will be (partially) supported. Please send a vita and a list of publications to icgt.2014@grenoble-inp.fr before February 28, 2014 if you wish to apply for the reduced registration fees. Do not pay until the financial support has been officially approved (otherwise we will not be able to refund you).

The registration fees cover

  • the participation to the conference
  • the booklet of abstracts
  • 5 lunches, the conference dinner on Wednesday evening, the coffee breaks, and the welcome party on Sunday evening
  • unlimited acces to public transport

The social event of Wednesday is not included in the registration fees.

For administrative reasons, accompanying persons who would like to attend the conference dinner have to purchase their ticket via the registration site (select "banquet" in the tarification field). The cost is 46 euros. It is mandatory to use the registration website (sorry for that!), see above for the procedure for the online payment. Note that if you have already (pre-)registered using some email address, you cannot use the same address to purchase a ticket for the conference dinner (again, sorry for that).
